Sub-series documents planning, construction, and administration of the College Education Centre (CEC), the multi-college campus facility that originally housed four North Bay colleges. Sub-series contains correspondence, reports, minutes, and other records of the Campus Planning Committee, Campus Co-ordinating Committee, and the College Education Centre Users' Committee, joint committees which were made up of representatives from each college and which were responsible for the planning and administration of shared facilities and services at the CEC.

Sub-series contains six files which document Zytaruk's roles over the years of the symposium's existence as a host (Nipissing College hosted the first conference in 1983), presenter, and attendee.
