File contains photographs of the construction of a railroad bridge across the Moose River which were taken by Charles Shaw in 1930-1931. File also contains a letter and photograph identification key by Elizabeth Shaw, Charles' widow.

File also contains permission signed by Kelly Morgan authorizing Surtees to use the photos "of Mr. T. Morgan and others" in his book.
