Sub-series documents planning, construction, and administration of the College Education Centre (CEC), the multi-college campus facility that originally housed four North Bay colleges. Sub-series contains correspondence, reports, minutes, and other records of the Campus Planning Committee, Campus Co-ordinating Committee, and the College Education Centre Users' Committee, joint committees which were made up of representatives from each college and which were responsible for the planning and administration of shared facilities and services at the CEC.

Some photographs are accompanied by descriptive information and permissions to publish. File contains an a video recording of an interview of Richard Beauchamp [sp?], one of the graduates of Nipissing College's first Education class (1972) and a member of the college's first hockey team.

Item is an annotated aeronautical chart of a section of northern Quebec which bears flight course annotations made by Ernest Gann's flight crew during the Lac O'Connor rescue operation in 1943. The chart also bears annotations from a mineral exploration in the same area that Fockler and his associates conducted later.
