Fonds documents Martin Parker's work as the Regional Coordinator of the Parry Sound District for the second edition of the Atlas of the Breeding Birds of Ontario (also known as the Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas), an inventory of breeding bird species compiled between 2001 and 2005 that was intended to aid conservation efforts in Ontario. Fonds documents Parker’s responsibilities as Regional Coordinator including the recruitment, training, and organizing of atlassers (volunteer bird watchers), and the compilation of the data they collected. It also contains observational data from the Nipissing District, which it appears he was also involved in overseeing. The fonds also documents Parker's contributions as an author of several species accounts for the atlas.

Fonds is arranged into one series containing breeding bird observation data, as well as other files and items that do not belong to any series.

Map contains notes titled: Indian populations of British North America; hyetal or rain table of southerly part of British North America; French Canadian forts at the time of the conquest; and profiles of routes for Pacific railroad. Map also features many notes about geographical features and the routes and discoveries of explorers including Mackenzie, Franklin, Ross, and Baffin.

Collection consists of issue number 163 of Nowy Kurier Warszawski (The New Courier of Warsaw), a German propaganda broadsheet newspaper published in occupied Poland during the Second World War.

Captains of the Clouds journal articles

File contains four articles by Rudy Mauro about the 1942 film "Captains of the Clouds" which were published in the Journal of the Canadian Aviation Historical Society. The articles are titled: "The making of 'Captains of the Clouds:' From a half century's perspective" (published in Vol. 29 No. 2 - Summer 1991), "The making of 'Captains of the Clouds:' Shooting the bush flying sequences" (Vol. 29 No. 3 - Fall 1991), "Captain of the Clouds - A postscript: Further information on this wartime flying epic" (Vol. 33 No. 1 - Spring 1995), and "Recovering the 'Cagney Norseman:' Salvaging the remains of CF-AYO after four decades" (Vol. 39 No. 1 - Spring 2001).

The collection consists of geological maps, aerial photographs, and mining and geology publications collected by Fockler during the course of his career as a consulting geologist. The collection also contains material relating to a mineral exploration in northern Quebec that Fockler was involved with in the 1940s.

The collection is arranged into five series: Air photos of northern Ontario and Quebec; Air photos of Ontario highways; Geological maps; Mining and geology publications; New Quebec mineral exploration project.

File contains geological maps of Quebec and Labrador, as well as a paper published by the Geological Survey of Canada Department of Mines and Technical Surveys titled "Iron-formations and the Labrador geosyncline" by G.A. Gross.

Books presented to Mike Harris by Maurice Switzer

File contains three books about the Ipperwash Crisis and treaty rights that were presented to Mike Harris by Maurice Switzer, Director of Communications of the Union of Ontario Indians, at the official opening of the Harris Learning Library on June 25, 2011. The file also contains a fourth book that Maurice Switzer had intended be part of the original presentation, which he sent to Brian Nettlefold in September 2011.
